Business Policies and Booking Terms
Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all photo bookings. No appointment will be held without a deposit.
Video projects require a 50% deposit of the total project cost to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
All deposits are final and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Studio and Location
Dana’s Digitals does not operate from a private studio. All photo and video sessions take place at a location chosen by the client.
Studio rentals may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability and approval for the selected date.
Clients with access to a suitable indoor or private location are welcome to use their own space.
Props and Personal Items
Dana’s Digitals does not provide props. Clients are responsible for bringing any props, wardrobe, decorations, or personal items they wish to include in their session.
Late Arrival Policy
Each session includes a 15-minute grace period.
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will result in a $25 late fee. Late arrival does not extend session time.
If the client has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled with no refund.
All late fees must be paid before final photos or videos are delivered.
Final Payment
Any remaining balance is due immediately following the session.
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash.
Editing and Delivery
All photos and videos are edited in-house by Dana’s Digitals. You can expect to receive your final photos and videos through an online gallery link within 7 business days. If you need your content sooner, we offer rush delivery options for an additional fee: $50 for a 3-day turnaround, or $75 for next-day delivery.
Please note that editing services are limited to color correction, lighting adjustments, and overall image enhancement. Dana’s Digitals does not provide advanced retouching services, including body reshaping, hair alterations, or heavy photo manipulation.
Travel Fees
A travel fee applies to all sessions outside of Jonesboro, Arkansas and will be added to the total cost at the time of booking.
Clients Under 18
Any client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the session.
Usage Rights
Usage rights for content to be published, edited by third parties, or used for commercial or promotional purposes are available for purchase. Licensing fees are equal to the original session cost unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Effective June 1, 2024
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session require a new booking and a new deposit.
Clients may choose to pay a $50 last-minute cancellation fee, if the cancellation is not within 24 hours, to avoid paying a new deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new booking.
One reschedule is permitted per booking. Any additional changes will require a new booking and a new deposit.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original session date.
In cases of medical emergencies or COVID-19 symptoms, deposits may be held for up to 60 days from the original session date. After 60 days, a new deposit will be required.
All policies are firm. By booking with Dana’s Digitals, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. No exceptions will be made.
